chemical formula KHCO3. It appears as white crystals, granules, or powder, is slightly alkaline
and saltish, and is freely soluble in Water at ambient conditions. It is produced by the passage of
Carbon Dioxide through an aqueous Potassium Carbonate solution. A USP Grade chemical is the
