Castor Oil, also known as Ricinus Oil, Cosmetol, Vegetable Oil has the chemical formula C₅₇H₁₀₄O₉. It appears as a pale yellow or clear transparent liquid free from any suspended matter. It has a mild odor and nauseating taste. It is completely insoluble in water and miscible with Methanol, Chloroform, Ether, and glacial Acetic Acid. Castor Oil, Organic Grade is cold-pressed to produce the highest quality natural oil that does not lose its medicinal properties.
